The number of Attendants to be recruited is finished on the basis of the written requisition received from the department after obtaining Administrative and Financial approval from the State Government or their parent department. This information is complied and put up before the BOD for approval for advertising the same. While finalizing the exact requirements, deficiencies & reserves are also considered. 

All candidates are required to undergo Skill Test. No candidates to be allowed to attend Skill Test if he/she reports more than 30 min. late. Token number will be issued to the candidates. Photo ID proof will be checked prior to issuing him/her token number. candidates token number will be checked and sent to respective hall/room for skill Test. The Skill test consist of total 40 marks. It includes Wet Cleaning, Floor Cleaning, Top/table Cleaning and Viva. The Candidate Results Cards (CRC) to be filled by Supervisor which include Name, Token number, Date of Birth, marks obtained for Skill Test including Viva etc.
