Instructions to Applicant:

  • Applicant is required to register themselves online through Info Tech Corporation of Goa Limited (ITG) website https://ghrdc.goa.gov.in/->APPOINTMENTS
  • Following are the document/details required while filling your form:
    • Father's Name, Mother's Name, Spouse Name(if applicable), Date of Birth, Gender, Category, Aadhaar Card No, residential address, email ID, Mobile Number of the Applicant, Educational Qualification details etc.
    • Click on "Sign Up".
      Fill up all mandatory user registration details.
      Username should be unique and minimum 8 characters.
      Remember your username and password.
      All the future form submissions to be done using these User Credentials.

      Login to the Site with your username and password.
      Fill up the online form properly in respective sections with all the mandatory fields filled in.

  • Login to the Site with your username and password. Fill up the online form properly in respective sections with all the mandatory fields filled in. Here are certain tips / rules for filling the form:
    • You should not fill Application ID field. It will be generated for you by the system./li>
    • Date of application should be the date on which you fill and submit the form.
    • In order to navigate to net page, Click on Save and Next Button.
    • If there are errors in filling the form, it will be shown in red in the form.
    • Once you ensure that you have filled the form properly click on submit button. Note the Application ID for future tacking of application.
  • After online submission, Applicant can take a print of the form you submitted. Applicant is not required to submit the physical copy of the application to the office of ITG.
  • There shall be no charges applicable for submission of application online.
  • Applicants should avoid multiple submissions of applications online. If Applicant submits multiple forms then it is liable for rejection.
